Patient Care Services

At Powers Health, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Technician to provide high-quality patient care services under the supervision of a nurse or ED provider. The ideal candidate will have experience in phlebotomy, 12 Lead EKGs, and physical vitals, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient care services, including phlebotomy, 12 Lead EKGs, and physical vitals
  • Assist nursing personnel with patient visits and procedures
  • Maintain efficient and effective departmental patient flow
  • Perform clinical support activities, including specimen processing and inventory management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in phlebotomy or EKG technology
  • Ability to read, write, and spell
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Valid certification or registration in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Monitor training
  • Fundamental understanding of medical terminology and computer systems
