Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the overall operations of the market, including food and beverage quality, guest service, cost control, and consistency.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, including training, development, and performance management.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, and strict inventory controls are enforced.
- Financial Management: Process weekly schedules and payroll for hourly staff, and participate in the development of the annual budget.
- Guest Experience: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements, as well as city, state, and federal laws.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of two to three years of restaurant operations experience.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of restaurant operations, including food, beverage, service techniques, and guest interaction. Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, and POS systems.
