Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience

  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a high level of product freshness and quality
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and grinders, and perform other tasks as needed
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
