We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our project teams and ensure successful project execution. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely completion.
  • Build and train a skilled and effective workgroup, including foremen, journeyman, and apprentice electricians.
  • Coordinate with project teams, customers, and vendors to ensure accurate and successful project execution.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities across 3-5 active projects.
  • Assess safety risks and provide direction to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and manage material and client look-ahead reports to meet and beat set budgets and project deadlines.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings and ensure smooth transitions between estimating and operations teams.
  • Maintain regular documentation, including JHA forms, daily job reports, and other project-related documentation.

Requirements
  • Possess a current (non-expired) state of Texas Journeyman's license (preferred).
  • Possess current trade certifications (a plus).
  • Able to manage projects on energized circuits while complying with OSHA, industry, and company standards.
  • Preferably have completed a four-year apprenticeship program or equivalent trade school.
  • Possess at minimum OSHA 10-hour certification (30-hour preferable).
  • Possess an unexpired CPR certificate.
  • Must be able to manage and direct three or more foremen to perform the job at hand safely, correctly, and timely.
  • Proficient in using code books, reading blueprints, and equipment schedules.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers, inspectors, vendors, and other craftsmen in an efficient, professional, safe, and positive manner.
  • Comply with safety requirements, company safety program, and ensure those working with and around are complying with all safety requirements, programs, and procedures.
  • Comply with company's quality assurance program and perform all work within compliance.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Bilingual (a plus, not required).
  • Self-starter, able to complete day-to-day tasks and work without direct supervision.
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Provide trade references.
