Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and hydraulic systems, including assembly cells, conveyor systems, and robots
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical and pneumatic systems, including reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic prints
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and machine malfunctions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in manufacturing equipment and machinery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Proficient in PLC and robotic programming, with experience in diagnosing issues via HMI or PLC
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; vision system experience is preferred
