Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Investment Property Group (IPG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our manufactured home communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing, and electrical duties at the property.
  • Maintain landscaping in common areas and complete work orders within 24 hours.
  • Secure, repair, and maintain equipment owned by the manufactured home community.
  • Work efficiently under minimum supervision and promote positive, proactive resident relations.
  • Capable of working weekends as needed and have prior experience operating a pool.
Requirements
  • At least one year of property maintenance experience.
  • Ability to use hand tools as necessary.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs. unassisted.
  • Work efficiently under minimum supervision.
  • Promote positive, proactive resident relations.
  • Capable of working weekends as needed.
  • Prior experience operating a pool.
