We strive to foster a culture that promotes continuous improvement and employee growth. As a Fabrication Team Member - Metal Structures Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced professionals to master your skills and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities- Serve on completion teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist as an installer when needed, applying technical skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide coaching to colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Enter materials and labor into shop tracking systems for accurate project management.
- Train and develop others in fitting and stapling techniques, enhancing our team's capabilities.
- Grind frames as required, contributing to the quality of our final products.
- Support various tasks, including painting, setup, loading, moving finished goods, and grommeting as needed.
- Participate in packaging and shipping processes, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Demonstrate strong English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, to effectively communicate job-related information.
- Show ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Possess good technical and mechanical skills, applying them to complex tasks.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth, a positive work environment, and comprehensive benefits packages.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have a strong ability to read and understand LF&MS job tickets in English. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to pass internal hiring tests with a score of 70% or higher.
