Dining Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming Dining Ambassador to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar.

The Role:

• Welcome Guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Manage Wait Lists efficiently, ensuring seamless service and minimal wait times.
• Communicate Guest Concerns to management when necessary, upholding our commitment to excellence.
• Answer Phones Promptly, directing calls and providing exceptional support to fellow team members.
• Assist Colleagues when needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

About You

• Exhibit a friendly, caring attitude and always be prepared to greet guests with a smile.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, thinking and acting quickly when necessary.
• Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift trays of food when required.
• No prior experience necessary; we're committed to developing our team members' skills.

Salary Range: $10-$15 per hour, depending on location and qualifications. We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere.
