Job Summary

Hans Noble Design LLC is seeking a highly skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating custom metal products and performing high-quality welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding and Fabrication: Perform mig and tig welding on various metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize shear, brake, iron worker, cold saw, and band saw equipment to fabricate custom metal products.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately interpret and translate blueprints to fabricate custom metal products, fixtures, railings, fences, and other metal fabrication projects.
  • Project Execution: Adapt to different job requirements and execute tasks accordingly, demonstrating a high aptitude and quick learning ability when faced with new projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed with precision and meets quality standards, maintaining a fast pace while delivering high-quality products.
Requirements
  • Experience: Skilled welder/fabricator with extensive experience in mig and tig welding on various metals.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in operating shear, brake, iron worker, cold saw, and band saw equipment, ability to accurately interpret and translate blueprints, and experience in fabricating custom metal products.
  • Skills: Versatile and adaptable, with a high aptitude and quick learning ability, motivated and efficient worker, capable of producing high-quality products while maintaining a fast pace.
Benefits
  • Compensation: $22/HR-$27/HR based upon experience.
