**Job Title:** Department Lead - Customer Experience Specialist
**Location:** King Soopers Stores
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Department Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Front-end department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service, creating a safe and clean environment, and driving sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash control, sales, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the scheduling of Front-end associates to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with store management to prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement action plans.
- Foster teamwork among Front-end associates and promote a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, seasonal ads, and sales strategies.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and report any safety concerns or issues.
- Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting repairs.
- Report any accidents, safety risks, or illegal activity to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
