**Job Title:** Department Lead - Customer Experience Specialist

**Location:** King Soopers Stores

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Department Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Front-end department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service, creating a safe and clean environment, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash control, sales, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the scheduling of Front-end associates to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with store management to prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement action plans.
  • Foster teamwork among Front-end associates and promote a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with current promotions, seasonal ads, and sales strategies.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate temperature logs and report any safety concerns or issues.
  • Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting repairs.
  • Report any accidents, safety risks, or illegal activity to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience.
