Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Food Lion. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our stores, ensuring a safe and inviting shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety or sanitation concerns.
  • Collaborate with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
