Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Equipment Sales Professional to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company in the sale of new and used agricultural equipment to customers in a defined sales area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest features and benefits of our equipment, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, while maintaining a strong understanding of our company's goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask and stay organized, and experience with Microsoft Office and internet functions.
