We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team in Hamburg.

  • Work with the latest technology for cloud and infrastructure services.
  • Learn and apply the latest technologies for building infrastructure services for cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Gain global presence in the field of hybrid cloud infrastructure management.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Take on a regional support role for corporate infrastructure in Europe.
  • Contribute to the hybrid cloud implementation of infrastructure services.
  • Participate in the management and support of servers and desktops.
  • Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor server performance/availability and security issues and troubleshoot errors.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical data and systems.
  • Set up and configure new desktop computers, laptops, and other devices according to company standards and policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, either remotely or on-site.
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
