**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Infinity Systems. As an IT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our corporate infrastructure in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regional support for corporate infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.
• Contribute to the implementation of hybrid cloud infrastructure services, leveraging the latest technologies to drive business growth.
• Participate in the management and support of servers and desktops, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems and applications, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and security issues, troubleshooting errors and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical data and systems, ensuring business continuity.
• Set up and configure new desktop computers, laptops, and other devices according to company standards and policies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, either remotely or on-site, providing timely and effective support to users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support and management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure services.
