Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client project initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of team deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams, providing hands-on support throughout the engineering lifecycle of innovative equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Foster understanding and commitment to decisions through collaboration and effective presentation skills.
  • Create technical documentation, including SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
  • Guide and mentor internal team members on assigned tasks, industry best practices, and project-related technical skills.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and proactively manage team member performance.
  • Develop team members with foresight to support project succession plans as identified by leadership.
  • Contribute to our Patient-Centric and People-Oriented mission by ensuring professional development opportunities are available for the team.
  • Support business development initiatives by:
    • Building and maintaining professional networks.
    • Identifying and addressing client needs with proposed support plans.
    • Exploring opportunities to expand services for client support.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Project Engineering, Consulting, or a relevant industry role.
Other Requirements:
  • Full Covid vaccination is required prior to the start date, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.
  • Full-time on-site client presence is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support project and business requirements.

Precision is committed to providing a fair compensation range for this role, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
