Job Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. Additionally, the role will supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical care to assigned patients
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
