Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Surgical Intensive Care Unit. As a Surgical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse.
  • Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
  • Current State Licensure.
  • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
