Join our dynamic events team as a banquet server, where your role will be crucial in ensuring guests enjoy their time at our special occasions. We are looking for a friendly and attentive individual to serve food and beverages, clear tables, and address any specific requests from our guests.

As a banquet server, you will collaborate closely with fellow servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff to facilitate seamless event operations. Ideally, you should have prior experience in the food service or hospitality sector, as this will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our team.

Compensation:

$16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve appetizers, main dishes, beverages, and desserts to guests with care and attention.
  • Ensure guests' needs are met throughout the event, providing outstanding service at all times.
  • Refill drinks as needed, including coffee, water, and other beverages.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance among team members.
  • Clear plates and utensils, monitor for spills, and attend to any special requests from guests.
Qualifications:
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • A commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
