We are in search of a Lead Product Strategist eager to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and execution for designated products or features across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, cybersecurity) to articulate and prioritize product specifications.
  • Assist engineering teams throughout the product development process.
  • Incorporate third-party infrastructure into product solutions.
  • Evaluate and analyze product performance, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct insightful customer discovery sessions, transforming feedback into actionable insights and product specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to pinpoint opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure that the product aligns with the needs of financial software providers and supports their strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • A minimum of 18 months experience as a Senior Product Manager.
  • Experience with financial software providers, such as Personal Financial Management, Expense Management, or Accounting Software.
  • Experience in integrating open banking or third-party software solutions.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Payments infrastructure, particularly in card issuance or payment processing (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering products within the financial software sector.
  • Strong grasp of open banking, API integrations, and third-party software solutions.
  • Knowledge of payments infrastructure and execution of payment processing is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Preference for experience in dynamic environments typical of early-stage startups.
