Tenet-Alabama is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist physicians during procedures, working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Train and mentor cardiovascular technicians and other cath lab personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Complete established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period.
- Education: Graduate of an approved cardiovascular technology program or equivalent education.
- Experience: 2 years in interventional cath lab or 2 years of electrophysiology experience.
- Certification: RCIS or RCES; BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire into position.
