Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mountain View Center in Rutland, VT. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive clinical outcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
Pay and Benefits:

Pay Target: $39.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and tuition assistance.
