Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rutland Healthcare and Rehab Center in Rutland, VT. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• A graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification and one to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
