Job Overview
TDK Corporation of America is seeking an experienced Cash Applications Professional to join our Accounting Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily applications of cash processing and reconciliation of payments.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile cash transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and audit accounts receivable postings to ensure timely and accurate application of payments.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to prior payments and rejected payments.
  • Perform daily audits to balance all cash application transactions and ensure accuracy to the Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
  • Import electronic remittances and post and reconcile all electronic postings for applicable payors.
  • Maintain vendor database and perform data entry and analysis using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 3-5 years of progressive experience in cash applications.
  • Ability to complete mathematical calculations and interpret ledgers and accounts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to establish and meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with SAP a plus.
