Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate I to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a Research Associate I, you will be responsible for conducting research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments, make detailed observations, and analyze data.
- Execute imaging tasks, including image acquisition, quality control, and sample coordination with CAP/CLIA lab.
- Monitor and confirm image data transfer.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
- Maintain complete and accurate records.
- Assist in reducing to practice patentable inventions.
- Work on projects of moderate scope, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Participate in cross-functional technical team activities.
- Present and discuss data within the group.
- Monitor work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time.
Requirements:
Must have a strong understanding of scientific principles and laboratory procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
