Electrical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience with commercial and industrial projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
