Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our operational facilities and machinery, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance strategy for all plant facilities and equipment.
- Supervise and guide team members in conducting inspections and executing maintenance tasks to uphold a safe and productive workspace.
- Coordinate warranty services, urgent repairs, and the installation of new equipment as necessary.
- Manage documentation related to maintenance activities, including external repairs and warranty claims.
- Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols, industrial hygiene standards, and environmental regulations among all employees.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and aligns with the company’s vision.
- Engage in Quality initiatives and Responsible Care programs to support the company’s objectives.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 49 pounds and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Work in varying environmental conditions, including fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.
- High School diploma or GED is required; vocational training is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience is ideal.
- Strong mechanical and electrical expertise is essential; familiarity with pressure vessels, pumps, and compressors is advantageous.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
