Production Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure high-quality products, efficient processes, and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily production orders to meet customer demands and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee team members to ensure proper ergonomics, machinery maintenance, and quality control.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and product coding.
- Communicate company benefits and compensation policies to team members and provide guidance on personal and professional development.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems and improve processes.
- High school diploma; education beyond high school is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and strong communication skills.
- Ability to supervise a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
