Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure high-quality products, efficient processes, and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily production orders to meet customer demands and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Oversee team members to ensure proper ergonomics, machinery maintenance, and quality control.

Requirements
