Fish Window Cleaning of Layton is currently seeking Proposal Specialists (available for part-time or full-time roles) in the surrounding areas.

Our cleaning services are highly sought after, catering to a vast number of businesses in the region. As a Proposal Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create detailed bids for these businesses (and select residential properties) during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Enjoy the benefit of no evening or weekend shifts.

If you possess a friendly demeanor, are self-driven, and appreciate the autonomy of working independently, this role is an excellent fit for you, particularly if you have a background in hospitality or customer service.

Compensation includes a base rate per estimate, along with commissions based on the total job amount. The more estimates you generate, the higher your earnings potential. Our Proposal Specialists typically earn an equivalent of $18-22 per hour.

About Us: Fish Window Cleaning has expanded to become the largest window cleaning service in the world, with over 270 franchise territories across 44 states, while still upholding the core values that define our company. We are committed to treating every client with the utmost care and attention.

Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $18-22 per hour equivalent based on the number of estimates written and closed.
