Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a patient-centric team of dental professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and respect for clinical judgment and leadership.
  • Assume responsibility for the quality of care provided to all patients, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions, providing treatment planning options and discussing them with patients.
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency, maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development, networking with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
Requirements
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
