As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will be responsible for managing a team of dental professionals and providing exceptional patient care. About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and providing treatment planning options to patients. You will also be expected to maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school and have a strong clinical background. You will also need to be able to lead and manage a team of dental professionals and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
