- High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant training program preferred
- One to two years of experience in a medical setting preferred
- Active certification as a Medical Assistant, such as RMA, CMA, or CCMA, within 24 months of employment
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with medical software
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated work assignments
