Caregiver Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Hearts and Hands of Care, Inc. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing ongoing services to clients and individuals with needs in their home or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized Service Plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Document daily activities, progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Meet all requirements for the position as set out in 7 AAC AAC.
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
