Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Interventionist/ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Child Interventionist, you will work directly with children and families in their natural environment, teaching essential skills and promoting positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the child's home, teaching skills such as communication, socialization, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to ensure treatment goals are met
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus
