Nextaff Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a PICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children in the Pediatric ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other medical interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
Requirements:
- 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric ICU setting
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
