Fiber Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiber Installation Specialist to join our team at Q Service LLC. As a Fiber Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-speed internet services for residential and business customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, and you will work closely with our team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain high-speed internet services for residential and business customers
  • Perform basic to advanced installations, disconnects, and service changes
  • Provide in-depth customer education on our products and services
  • Work towards meeting key performance metrics

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with a telecom/fiber company preferred but not required
  • Physical ability to work from a kneeling or standing position for long periods
  • Ability to work in various conditions, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and in adverse weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license/satisfactory driving record
