Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Horizon Interiors LLC. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed.
• Construct wood structures, including framing, joists, and rafters.
• Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware.
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals.

• Previous experience as a Carpenter is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements.
• Ability to read and take action on blueprints.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools.
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
