Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Trauma Clinician to provide high-quality mental health services to clients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma-informed care and a passion for helping individuals and families overcome adversity.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and other modalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Active LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in NJ.
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • At least 1 year of mental health experience working with children, families, and other populations.
  • Previous experience in trauma-informed care and training is preferred but not required.
  • Active driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving record.
Compensation:

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
