Work Schedule:
Our Housekeeping Department operates seven days a week. Public Space Attendants will have shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of assigned areas.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures, and remove trash and debris throughout the shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public and staff restrooms according to company standards.
  • Utilize designated cleaning agents, supplies, and equipment effectively.
  • Report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Complete all mandatory training and compliance courses as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain compliance with all procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions, along with proficiency in business English and office practices.
  • Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to maintain professional relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to recognize emergencies and respond appropriately.
  • Capability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships.
  • Good judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform various tasks, including frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, crouching, reaching, and bending.
  • Consistent demonstration of integrity when interacting with team members, management, and guests.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 months of experience in housekeeping or a related cleaning field.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
