The Healthcare Provider Relations Specialist serves as the key liaison for driving demand by implementing marketing strategies and advocating for USA Clinics Group.

This role requires effective communication of comprehensive clinical knowledge regarding our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for USA Clinics Group services by engaging with healthcare providers through in-person visits, phone calls, and email correspondence.

• Distribute clinical information and promotional materials to physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Generate leads by reaching out to physician offices and healthcare organizations.

• Follow up with physicians to collect feedback and address inquiries.

• Provide authorized information to physicians regarding USA Clinics Group services.

• Relay feedback to sales management concerning customer requests, promotional responses, and service-related issues.

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which include delivering branded sales messages, implementing planned programs, scheduling and following up on medical educational initiatives.

• Maintain the required level of activity, managing and servicing accounts effectively.

• Offer insights on marketing strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities, and collaborate with management to develop territory plans.

• Participate in community and networking events as necessary to represent the company and its offerings.

• Attend and engage in required meetings, including internal growth discussions, staff meetings, and community events.

• Foster collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues to contribute to the team's success and promote a positive work environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field is essential. Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is advantageous.

• General medical knowledge, particularly related to our facility's services, treatment options, and equipment.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with CRM and activity reporting software is a plus.

• Proven ability to achieve business results effectively.

• Capability to articulate ideas and data clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to establish and maintain contact with prospective and current referring providers.

• Competence in maintaining accurate and detailed records of appointments, sales, calls, and follow-ups.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing workflow to meet daily objectives in a timely manner.
