We are seeking a skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to support our busy practice operations at Complete Dental Arts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive patient experience, including patient scheduling, treatment planning, and supporting practice operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with detailed treatment plan information and financial estimates for all prescribed treatments.
  • Plan and book patient appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and contact patients who have unscheduled treatments.
  • Coordinate Doctor and hygiene schedules to optimize usage of appointment times.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective management of daily patient flow and convey important information to the proper individuals.
  • Process patient billing and insurance claims.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Handle patient inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Receive and schedule incoming labs.
  • Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure the practice is meeting production and collection goals.
  • Adapt to change and lead practice changes.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a dental office setting or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience with billing, posting, and explaining insurance to patients.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software.
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and converting treatment.
  • Prior medical/healthcare office experience is a plus.
