Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them every single day.
- Handle medication for residents and maintain meticulous records of every aspect of care administered.
- Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations, initiating life-saving measures as needed.
Requirements:
- Hold an LPN Certificate or Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- Have a valid LPN or RN state license and CPR certification.
- Be experienced in all aspects of nursing and how LPNs & RNs practice medicine.
- Have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
