Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Senior Communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing shift staff.
About the Role:The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing shift staff, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with our community's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of care are coordinated and effective.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.
