Position Overview

Acme Pallet, Inc. is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for various entry-level roles within our manufacturing environment. The positions involve essential tasks such as the assembly, repair, and disassembly of pallets, contributing to our production efficiency.

Work Schedule

We offer full-time day shifts from 8 am to 4 pm, as well as full-time and part-time swing shifts from 4 pm to 12 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

While prior forklift experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We encourage applications from individuals aged 19 and older, in accordance with OSHA regulations. We welcome college students and women to apply, as well as individuals from all generations who are eager to contribute to a productive work environment.

Compensation

The starting wage is $16.00 per hour during the initial training phase. Compensation may be based on piecework, contingent upon meeting minimum quotas, or a base pay structure supplemented by production bonuses. There is potential to earn upwards of $25.00 per hour.
