  • Communicate daily with management and team members to address any issues that arise during the workday.
  • Perform cycle counts on all daily shortages to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure that receivers and shippers have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Report any mechanical issues to maintenance and management promptly.
  • Identify and address any deadstock items that need to be moved out.
  • Supervise and coordinate the picking of orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Coordinate the raw ingredients in advance and store them in a designated location.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date housekeeping and temperature logs.
  • Train new employees in proper warehouse procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be literate and have basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. at a time and work in a freezer environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to participate and demonstrate team effort.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and stoop as needed.
