Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Analyze patient data and identify areas for improvement to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- 2 years of relevant Circulator experience.
- ACLS and PALS certification.
- BLS certification.
- Premium pay.
- Medical benefits through TempForce.
- Assignment in the same hospital with the possibility of floating between units.
- 13-week assignments with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
