Job Overview

JobsRUs.com is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for Configuration Associates in Hebron, Kentucky with one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic or electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies or products according to product specifications.
  • Follow established procedures and apply knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in wiring, soldering, component installation, and cable harnessing to assemble units.
  • Ensure conformance to specified tolerances.
  • May disassemble and correct malfunctions.
  • Other responsibilities may include the assembly of test kits or other packing/labeling tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to performance and safety standards.
  • Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing) is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Little to no experience necessary—we provide training.
