Medical Response Specialist

Key Responsibilities1. Complete all reports, including PCR and billing documentation, accurately and on time.2. Maintain response readiness to all calls according to First Response E.M.S. response time criteria.3. Perform duties in a courteous and proficient manner, keeping in mind the health and wellbeing of patients, partners, and employees.4. Report to work and mandatory meetings or educational events on time.5. Keep all First Response E.M.S. vehicles clean and ready for deployment in accordance with policy and procedure.6. Remain current on all company policies, federal, state, and county protocol changes as affected by scope of practice.7. Possess the physical strength necessary to perform duties defined in the physical requirement for the position.8. Be proficient in operating equipment in all conditions or positions.9. Perform other duties as assigned.
BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development. To qualify for this role, you must be a Michigan Licensed Emergency Medical Technician, have American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Course certification, and maintain current certifications and licenses applicable to this position.
