Job Overview

The primary goal of this position is to provide outstanding customer service in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with every visitor, answering inquiries promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process customer transactions accurately while safeguarding sensitive payment information.
  • Monitor stock levels in display cases and ensure product quality; prepare sample trays for customers.
  • Assist in inventory management by preparing packaging materials.
  • Perform cleaning duties regularly, including dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store.
  • Prepare baked goods as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure consistent product quality by adhering to baking standards.
  • Document baking activities accurately.
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks as required.
  • May undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, with the understanding that duties may evolve over time.
Qualifications
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Effective communication skills for addressing inquiries from customers.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Work Environment

This role is performed in a climate-controlled retail setting, with occasional exposure to colder areas.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position include:
  • Regular communication with customers and team members.
