Masonry Foreman

Benchmark Masonry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mason Foreman to join our team. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of masonry construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Supervise and manage a team of masons, laborers, and apprentices to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Plan and coordinate the installation of masonry construction projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and equipment rental.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized job site, including the disposal of waste and the maintenance of equipment and tools.

• 4-6 years of combined supervisory, management, and masonry experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, work at heights, and withstand extreme weather conditions.
