As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our culinary operations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage the storage and rotation of food supplies to ensure freshness.
  • Inspect all kitchen tools and equipment to ensure they adhere to our cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Operate kitchen machinery safely, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, while following strict food safety protocols.
  • Consistently apply and uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines, setting a benchmark for best practices in the kitchen.
  • Thoroughly clean and organize your work area, preparing yourself and your colleagues for success.
  • Occasionally assist with food preparation tasks as required.
  • Wash dishes using both manual and machine methods.
  • Clear waste from the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Exhibit flexibility and readiness to take on additional tasks to support team needs.
